O Cone Chinês, conhecido também como Cone Hindu, é uma terapia que tem como principal objetivo a desobstrução do ouvido, nariz e garganta.

Trata-se de uma técnica popular passada de geração em geração no Oriente. Utilizada há mais de três mil anos pelos hindus para limpar os ouvidos e canais respiratórios.

Não se sabe ao certo quem foram os percursores. Alguns dizem que foram os egípcios, tibetanos, hindus, chineses, xamânicos e por ai vai. Hoje, os “Cones de Ouvido” são usados em todo o mundo.

Como são produzidos?

Os cones são produzidos com cera de abelha, puro algodão e própolis.

Indicações:

Podem ser usados por bebes, crianças e adultos, desde que aplicado por profissional habilitado.

Contraindicações: Processos cirúrgicos recentes, cisto nos ouvidos, mastoidite, infecção auditiva , osteosclerose, perda de audição congênita e tumores no ouvido.

Indicações para a utilização do Cone Hindu:

  • Alguns tipos de alergias respiratórias;
  • Dores de cabeça associadas às vias aéreas superiores;
  • Resfriados;
  • Excesso de cerúmen;
  • Excesso de mucosidade (ouvido, nariz e garganta);
  • Labirintopatia;
  • Otalgias;
  • Perda de audição por obstrução de secreção;
  • Redução olfativa;
  • Síndrome de Meniére;
  • Sinusite aguda ou crônica;
  • Tonturas sem causas definidas;
  • Zumbidos e vertigens.

  • Ativa a circulação sanguínea e linfática na região;
  • Desobstrui o ouvido, nariz (sinus nasais) e garganta;

Aplicação e Princípio de Funcionamento 

Coloca-se a parte mais fina do cone na entrada do ouvido, em seguida, acende-se a outra extremidade. Assim que o fogo consome todo o oxigênio contido no interior do cone, inicia-se um suave processo de aspiração (pressão negativa por causa do vácuo). Esta aspiração juntamente com a fumaça e o calor, mobiliza todo muco acumulado nas passagens internas do ouvido, nariz e garganta. Esta mobilização de muco desobstrui as passagens internas, ajudando assim o organismo a se autorregular, além de melhorar a audição por desobstruir o canal auditivo.

Na Medicina Tradicional Chinesa, a saúde do ouvido está intimamente ligada às condições energéticas dos rins, e pertencem ao ‘elemento água’.

Na Índia é conhecido para “clarear a mente”, “retirar os maus espíritos” e “purificar os sonhos”.

Ainda são poucos os estudos realizados sobre os cones auriculares, porém na prática clínica os relatos dos pacientes são sempre de bem-estar após a terapia.
